Vegetarian Diet with High Protein

Now a days so many people want to shift there dependency of foods like fish and meat to vegetarian products. Vegetarian products are more healthy and good for digest. But we are facing some problems to select those foods which have more protein to continue the supply chain of energy for the body. Today we will try to find some of those high protein foods. This will provide us essential protein (0.36 to 0.45 grams per pound of body weight) for daily life.


Just go thru with some Vegetarian foods, which has high protein

1.       Eggs:   The most available vegetarian food with high protein is Eggs.  The Average egg has 6 grams of protein along with 5 gram of good fat and 1.5 gram bad fat. But before you purchase an egg please confirm, is it organic or not? Don’t take too many eggs in a day than it will effect on your blood pressure.

2.       Nuts:  Nuts are also very easy to find and has high protein. 1 oz. cashews have 4.4 grams of protein. We can easily absorbed nuts with our breakfast and salad in any meal.

3.       Dairy products:  Skimmed milk is another option for us. Or you can depend on yogurt but we have to avoid extra sugar with it. Yogurts comprehend good bacteria to regulate our digestion. Yogurt can be taken as main food of supplementary foods.

4.       Broccoli, Potato, Avocado:  Only one cup of broccoli has 5 grams of protein, or a single sweet potato has 5 grams and only one avocado has more than 10 grams of protein.
  
5.       Quinoa seeds:  We can have 9 grams of protein from a cup of quinoa boasts. We can have also get a good quantity of vitamin B6, zinc, magnesium, and foliate from it.

6.       Fruits:  Apple is the best out of the bucket. But we can depend on strawberry and orange also. One apple at breakfast and another one on evening easily can provide us much protein.

7.       Cheese and Macaroni:  These foods will give us high protein and give us energy also.

Thinking to reduce your weight??

So, you have the eagerness to do something with yourself! It will not take much time to go thru the write up but it will take more time with effort to achieve what you looking for. Do you want to lose few kilos of weight in minimum time? Most of the time we are looking for the topics like, “how to be slim in 7 days or how to reduce 10 kg within two weeks?” But I want to inform you there is no such short cut way or method to do it without sacrificing your time, habits and foods.

Sometime I feel bore to answered my wife’s questions, “Am I more weighty or fat then that lady?” She frequently asked me this question. Not only her, I am thinking most of the time, oh if I can be like him or like that man. The reason behind this, all of us have the wish to make our self-more noticeable and extra slim. We desire to outfit with new attractive dresses. We want to show us like our dream person.

You have to follow a specific way or method to reduce weight. But before starting this you need to think something else. Are you ready to do it? Are you having enough inspiration to do the sacrifice? Are you wanted to be slim from your deepest of the heart? Do you have the goal?

Never think like this, oh I have to reduce 10 kg or 15 kg within a year. The numbers never can express your desire. You need to have feelings to do it. If I ask you, why you want to be slim? What will be your answers?
You can feel more confidence to see you in new shape.
You can wear those dresses which are now dream to wear now.
You can buy those tight jeans and tops.
You will be sexier to your fiancé.

Is these answers are fully cleared or exposed yourself? No, we want to be slim to make our self-more healthy and more beautiful in our eyes. We will reduce weight only for us.
Just follow some easy steps and see the result.

Most of us habituate with taking meal three times in a day. We have to change it from three to four. Start eating four complete meals every day from today. The kinds of calories in the meals you eat will effective “shift” every day. What this does is encourage your absorption to work at its highest possible at all times by generating a unique switch inside the body which tells it when it’s effectively a good time to burn fat. Consuming a calorie shifting program you can believe to lose 10kg of weight in 3 weeks!

When you are really interested to reduce weight 10 kg in 2 weeks, you have to know some facts about what will occur. Losing 10 kg is fairly possible but you are projected to gain at least 2 kg after you stop diet due to the early water loss. If you go with a diet chart, your body will start using the glycogen stored in your muscles and the glycogen binds lots of water, thus the great preliminary weight loss.

If sufficient energy and calories are absent in your daily foods, than your body will choose fat or muscle of your body. If it find no use for muscle frame it will chose the muscle. We never want to lose muscle for weight, because muscle loss will decrease the ability to burn fat. We are here to burn our fats not the muscles.

We are trying to shifting the calories today and changing our food taking habit from three to four. By doing this if we can reduce few pounds it will be the biggest sign for our success in near future.
